Business Development Manager - Investment funds & Tax

A highly regarded international Law firm is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join its London team. This role will support lawyers within investment management and tax practices, driving strategic growth initiatives and strengthening client relationships.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver business development strategies to grow client relationships and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for new business, client growth and cross-selling.
  • Manage lateral partner integration programmes and oversee RFP processes.
  • Work with lawyers to set and monitor individual business development objectives.
  • Organise client and practice group events and review marketing materials.
  • Monitor industry trends and manage budgets for designated practice groups.


About You

  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible to travel and work varied hours when required.
