Business Development Manager (International Corporate & Tax)

I am looking for an experienced professional for a unique opportunity within one of London's leading law firms for a Business Development Manager. Alongside strategic business development you will be client facing to win work for the firm. A main part of the role will be to promote a sales culture within the firm and across Corporate and Tax Groups.

As the successful Manager you will be involved with:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of the marketing and BD plans for the groups in order to increase the number of prospective clients the firm has contact with
  • Make sure that the outcomes of the potential clients are monitored and reviewed
  • Using your market and product knowledge to identify exciting trends which support the plans
  • Developing and managing campaigns and targeted initiatives
  • Engaging with the legal directories and award submission process
  • Event preparation
  • Producing high end marketing materials

The background of the successful Business Development Manager will include:

  • Degree educated and having a minimum of 3 years experience working in a professional services environment
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Having a strong client focus and understand the priorities of both internal and external clients
  • Taking responsibility of individual tasks and their personal development
