Business Development Manager (Interim)


We are working with a global law firm to hire a Business Development Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The Business Development Manager role can be based in London or in Birmingham.

The focus of the Business Development Manager will be intellectual property (IP) and will report into the Head of Business Development TSI.
The Business Development Manager will provide support to the leaders of the IP group on a vast range of Business Development initiatives. You will therefore have experience of raising the profile of tech IP, Brand and Creative Rights service lines.
You will be proficient in all aspects of business development including targeting, proposition development, curating thought leadership campaigns, measuring tactical activity, encouraging strategic alliances, and recognising how strong brands goes to market.
You will have experience of undertaking a similar role within a partnership environment along with Intellectual property experience (within professional services or legal). This role is fast paced and therefore you will need to demonstrate you can work at this level and think on your feet. Team management and mentoring experience will also be
