Business Development Manager - Employment & Litigation

We are delighted to be working with a top tier International Law firm who are well known within the market, to bring in a Business Development Manager into their Employment & Disputes/Litigation team. This is a permanent role and it will be based in their London office (post covid).

This role will focus on supporting the day to day and strategic Business Development requirements of the Commercial Litigation, International Arbitration and Employment groups in London. It is a broad ranging business development role within a market leading Disputes practice.

The role will work closely with the senior figures , operating in an advisory capacity to the firms fee earners and partnership. Due to the nature of the Litigation piece the role won't be overly heavy on bids but will incorporate the full BD & Marketing mix including a focus upon their client growth strategy and enhancing this further.

We would welcome engagement from individuals currently working for a Law firm but will need someone who has operated across Employment or litigation/disputes and has a good understanding of the requirements of working across the sector.
