Business Development Manager - Corporate
Ambition are working in partnership with an established UK law firm to bring in a BD professional at management level to take on a newly created role. The role has been designed to take the lead on their corporate practice group working across but not limited to M&A, private capital and employment.
Working alongside the BD Director and corporate partners you will be responsible for driving the core BD strategy for the group, whilst the role is at BDM level the depth and scope of the role is greater than others in the market with the same title and as such we are looking to engage talent operating at management level currently.
Key elements of the role will include;
*Driving client development across the sector, working with clients based in the UK and on an international basis.
*Be responsible for devising and implementing the BD budget to achieve the overall business objectives, which will require establishing and maintaining a close relationship with senior partners and global heads.
*Project managing the delivering of key global campaigns and projects raising the profile of the practice area in the UK & International markets.
*Providing strategic high-level advice to senior partners and the external client base.
We are ideally looking for someone with a successful Legal business development background however we can be flexible on the amount of corporate experience this individual has. Having worked with the firm for a number of years they are a firm in our opinion that promotes a flexible and collaborative working environment.
