The Role

• Lead and execute sector and sub‑sector strategies.
• Identify market opportunities and support strategic pursuits.
• Manage relationships with priority financial institution clients.
• Deliver campaigns, thought leadership and targeted client engagement.
• Provide market insight for pitches and strategic bids.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' BD experience in professional services or a comparable corporate setting.
• Strength in strategic selling, pursuits and client relationship management.
• Commercial, proactive and confident engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset.
