We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a top-tier international law firm, driving ambitious marketing and BD initiatives across a thriving, global practice. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, help launch innovative products, lead high-impact campaigns, and ensure our profile remains front and centre in the market.

This is a role for someone who thrives on both big-picture strategy and hands-on delivery - bringing fresh ideas, commercial acumen, and a collaborative approach.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading BD and marketing plans for key Financial Markets sub-practice groups.

  • Driving profile-raising opportunities - media, speaking slots, awards.

  • Managing pitches end-to-end, helping partners tell a compelling story.

  • Shaping and launching new product offerings.

  • Collaborating across international offices to share best practice and maximise opportunities.
