A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support their growing Financial Markets practice. This role offers a blend of strategic input and hands-on delivery, working closely with partners and BD colleagues across international offices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tactical BD and marketing support across financial markets sub-practices
  • Lead development of new product offerings and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage pitches, tenders, and client communications
  • Drive profile-raising initiatives and oversee directory submissions
  • Support client relationship programmes and cross-practice collaboration
  • Contribute to planning, budgeting, and reporting

About You

  • 4+ years' experience in BD, marketing, or sales within a law firm
  • Strong project management and commercial acumen
  • Skilled in pitch development and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
