With a standout reputation across private wealth, private capital and institutions, they advise some of the most established private businesses, entrepreneurs and professional services firms in the market.

Their Businesses pillar is ambitious and growing - spanning corporate, commercial, disputes and property work across sectors including energy, life sciences, hospitality, tech, retail and sport.

This is a visible, delivery-focused BD Manager role where you will:

  • Develop and drive strategic BD plans across key business sectors

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders on client targeting and growth initiatives

  • Lead on pitches, campaigns and intermediary engagement

  • Oversee awards and directory submissions

  • Deliver high-quality events and profile-raising activity

  • Manage and develop a BD Executive

  • Track ROI and ensure activity is aligned to clear commercial objectives

It's a hands-on, high-impact role in a collaborative, well-resourced team - ideal for someone who enjoys ownership and momentum.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll be a confident, commercially-minded BD professional who thrives in a professional services environment.

  • 8-10 years' BD/Marketing experience within a law firm or comparable professional services setting

  • Strong Corporate / M&A exposure

  • Proven track record delivering pitches, campaigns and strategic plans

  • Experience managing and coaching junior team members

  • Confident influencing partners and senior stakeholders

  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
