A leading national law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Client & Marketing team. This strategic role acts as a trusted advisor to the Government Target Market Group, shaping market strategy and recommending client care, business development, and marketing initiatives aligned with the firm's objectives.

The successful candidate will take ownership of agreed priorities, serving as the key liaison between the Client & Marketing team and lawyers. This is a proactive position, focused on recommending and agreeing strategy with Target Market Group leads and then driving execution in collaboration with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on market strategy and recommend initiatives such as campaigns and client engagement programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Government Target Market Group, ensuring seamless delivery of agreed priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute business development and marketing plans effectively.
• Build strong relationships with fee earners and become a trusted advisor.
