Business Development Manager - Disputes & Investigations

The Opportunity

I'm working with a leading global law firm that's looking to hire two Business Development Managers into their Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. One will focus on Global Arbitration, the other on Regulatory Investigations & Financial Crime - both are high-profile, strategic areas for the firm.

These are hands-on roles where you'll work directly with senior partners and lawyers to shape and deliver BD strategy, drive client engagement, and identify new revenue opportunities. You'll also play a key part in raising the profile of these market-leading practices through targeted campaigns, events, and thought leadership.

About You

You'll already have solid BD experience within a law firm or professional services environment, ideally with exposure to disputes, investigations, or complex advisory work. Confident working with partners, you'll be proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple projects at pace.

Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is a genuine interest in helping lawyers grow client relationships and win new work.
