With offices in major business hubs across the world they established their Dublin office 2 years ago, and it is now a dynamic team of 30 led by eight ambitious partners. With a clear growth strategy and robust support from their London and Liverpool offices, they are now at a tipping point and need a BD Manager to drive their vision forward on the ground in Dublin.

Role Overview:

This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. You will be instrumental in shaping and influencing the business development strategy for the Dublin office, working closely with the managing partner who has laid out a strategic growth plan. You will lead BD initiatives, events, and campaigns to enhance the firm's market presence and foster client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted BD strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with partners to translate practice and sector goals into actionable BD objectives.
• Manage budgets and track spending, preparing cost/benefit analyses.
• Collaborate with the client development team to increase revenue and market share.
• Create compelling client communications and manage event promotions.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and pitch documents.
• Lead the charge on directory and award submissions to elevate the firm's profile.
• Engage with internal teams and stakeholders across Dublin, London, and Liverpool.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven BD/Marketing experience in the legal sector or professional services.
• Deep knowledge of the Dublin market and key industry networks.
• Proactive, innovative, and capable of working autonomously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
• Experience in corporate legal and tech sectors is a plus.
