Role Purpose: I am seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join a leading advisory firm.Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in helping Partners win new business and retain existing clients. This role involves building relationships with stakeholders and participating in various growth initiatives, including campaigns, relationship management, and innovative service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver strategic activities to enhance efficiency, skills, and confidence across the business.
• Manage cross-pillar targeting outreach and lead sector campaigns to increase market share.
• Support the client programme by managing key relationship data and insights.
• Develop content and resource libraries to embed pitch best practices.
• Assist with strategic events to maximise ROI and efficiency.

• Background in professional or financial services.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and a positive attitude.
