Business Development Assistant

We are working with one of the top legal practices, and we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their Business Development and Communications team. This team is responsible for shaping the strategy and delivering the results for their global client base.

As a Business Development Assistant, you will:

  • Conduct research and prepare information packs for clients and prospects, highlighting the firm's expertise and value proposition.
  • Manage the distribution of client communication materials, such as alerts, articles, and briefings, and draft engaging LinkedIn posts to showcase the firm's thought leadership.
  • Capture and review deal and pitch content, ensuring that the information is accurate, up to date, and accessible on all global databases.
  • Champion the use of the CRM system (InterAction), ensuring that all relevant information is entered and maintained in the system.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written communication and editing skills, and the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive text for different audiences and purposes.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, and the ability to prioritise and complete projects and tasks within deadlines.
  • Ideally, some experience working within a Business Development team in a professional services firm, or a similar environment.
