Business Development & Marketing Manager, ESG

Our client, a top tier global law firm have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development and Marketing Manager to lead on their cross practice ESG group. The role holder will be supporting the firms Country and Practice partners on their strategic BD planning, initiatives and campaigns.

The firms ESG practice has grown significantly over the past few years and this role is pivotal in driving forward the firms ESG strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the wider ESG team to identify key sustainability issues impacting the firm's clients
• Ensure ESG initiatives and campaigns have a multi-practice and global approach
• Manage the firms Sustainability blog to ensure they are creating regular and topical content
• Work with partners to design and shape appropriate events and roundtable forums to ensure they are targeted and BD focussed
• Drive the agenda in ESG-focused law firm meetings

Experience required

• Business Development experience in the ESG area
• Strong BD and Marketing experience within professional services - ideally at manager level
• Ability to build strong business relationships with internal and external clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables within a tight timeframe
