About the Role
An intellectual property firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance market positioning. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Plan, execute, and evaluate business development initiatives aligned with firm objectives.
  • Client Development: Design and implement BD programmes to generate new business, retain clients, and boost visibility.
  • Relationship Management: Lead client care initiatives, networking events, and alumni engagement programmes.
  • Pitching & Proposals: Oversee high-impact pitch materials and manage proposal processes to ensure profitability.
  • Market Recognition: Drive directory submissions, awards, and rankings to elevate the firm's profile.
  • CRM & Reporting: Champion CRM development, track ROI, and deliver insightful reporting on BD activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to lead strategic projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in CRM systems, event management, and proposal development.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
