An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced BD & Marketing Manager to join a hugely successful, highly reputable firm to support one of its fastest growing practice groups. Working as part of the wider BD & Marketing team, this BD & Marketing Manager position will offer you the chance to work in an autonomous role, where you can really own your space, but with the backing of a best-in-class BD & Marketing function which will enable you to really make an impact.

This BD & Marketing Manager will see you developing and managing a BD & Marketing Advisor, so would suit an experienced BD & Marketing Manager or a Senior Executive who is ready to step up and really elevate their career.

This BD & Marketing Manager will work closely with fee earners and partners in a wide remit which will include:

• Developing and delivering the sector marketing strategy
• Supporting and driving the sectors pipeline, key account and pursuit plans
• Implementing the sector client listening programme
• Providing pitch support
• Advising on BD & marketing best practice
• Writing engaging, innovative content for PR and campaigns
• Line management of Marketing Advisor to develop and coach
• Become a digital marketing champion

The successful candidate for this BD & Marketing Manager role will have:

• At least 5 years BD and Marketing experience, ideally gained in a professional services environment
• The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence and constructively challenge
• Strong commercial acumen
• Project management skills
• The ability to effectively prioritise work
• Experience of line management (desirable)
