Business Development & Marketing Executive

I am collaborating with a prestigious firm looking to recruit a BD & Marketing Executive within their Private Wealth and Employment sector.

In this role, you will support the business development and marketing strategy, working with the Private Client, Family, Contentious Trusts & Estates, and Employment & Partnerships teams.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of cross-practice BD groups focused on specific jurisdictions and specialisms, such as Art and Cultural Property. You will work in an exciting and fast-paced environment, directly supporting Partners and fee earners across the full spectrum of BD and marketing activities. The role is part of a team of three that directly supports Private Wealth and Employment, including a BD and Marketing Senior Manager and Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the BD & Marketing Senior Manager in designing, developing, and implementing strategic plans and budgets for the firm's Private Wealth and Employment practices.
• Take ownership of team sub-groups and assist in driving their BD strategy.
• Support the BD & Marketing Manager in developing, designing, and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage and draft internal communications regarding new BD initiatives and promote team efforts.
• Assist the BD & Marketing Manager with client pitches.
• Work closely with specified groups to compile and submit entries for Chambers, Legal 500, and Spear's.

About You:

• You have experience in business development and marketing within a professional services firm.
• Ideally, you will have experience in Private Wealth or Employment.
• You possess strong communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal clients, colleagues, and external suppliers and consultants.
• You have excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Experience using Vuture is desirable.
