About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you will support the BD & Marketing Manager in enhancing team profiles, identifying and engaging target clients, and assisting in the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your efforts will be crucial in pitching to win and retain business.

This position is perfect for an assistant with experience in a professional services firm, particularly within the real estate sector. You will work closely with the BD & Marketing Manager, gaining valuable mentorship and support to advance your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• BD Plans and Budgets: Assist the BD & Marketing Manager in reviewing and updating business development plans and budgets.
• Team Sub-Groups: Take ownership of team sub-groups and help drive their business development strategies.
• Marketing Campaigns: Support in developing, designing, and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Internal Communications: Manage and draft internal communications regarding new business development initiatives and promote team efforts.
• Client Pitches: Assist the BD & Marketing Manager with client pitches.
• Directory Submissions: Work closely with specific groups to compile and submit entries for Chambers, Legal 500, and Spear's.

About You:

• Experience: You have experience in business development and marketing within a professional services firm.
• Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal clients, colleagues, and external suppliers and consultants.
• Attention to Detail: You have excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Technical Skills: Experience using Vuture is desirable.
