Business Development and Marketing Advisor - £53,000 (max)

I'm currently working with an award winning global law firm who are keen to hire an experience BD and Marketing executive to join to well respected Banking team. Working closely with the Senior Manager for the group you be instrumental in driving effective Business Development initiatives and working with partners to develop and elevate their business development strategies, producing effective campaigns and be key in assisting to win new business opportunities. Roles & responsibilities

• Supporting the Senior BDM in creating and executing BD plans for the Banking sectors strategy
• Managing the pitch process for the team, creating first draft and overseeing process from start to finish
• Creating compelling content for internal communications to champion the strong BD activities for the group;
• Involvement in the planning and thought leadership process for the delivery of key sector focused BD initiatives and campaigns
• Mapping out the market, being aware of any specific trends and undertaking competitor analysis
• Taking responsibility for coordinating the awards submissions and directories process
• Working with the events team to coordinate any sector focused and targeted client events
• Driving ideas and suggestions with the key partner group, being able to guide and persuade effective client development plans

What's needed:

• Previous Business Development experience gained within legal or professional services
• Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
• Ability to build strong and effective relationships with senior managers and partners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate resilience, drive and ambition to succeed
