Business Analyst - Finance Transformation Project

Are you a Business Analyst with experience working on Finance Transformation projects? If so, a great opportunity has become available at a top international law firm, working alongside a well-regarded Finance Project Manager for the next 12 months, helping to implement change across the transactional finance departments across the firm.
Specific duties include:
- Identify opportunities for improvement within processes by developing business analyses, quantifying benefits and costs as appropriate and prioritising for review
- Work with finance teams to develop opportunities for change in processes and to challenge current work flows
- Research options for system based solutions within the firm and outside
- Perform reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
Legal sector experience would be hugely advantageous for this to understand the how the finance function of a law firm works (i.e. time billing, implications of the solicitors accounts rules) but wider professional services will also be considered.
Previous experience working on projects before as a liaison between the finance function and the other internal or external stakeholders is the preference.
