Billing Support Operations Lead

My Client is looking for an experienced Billing team lead to join their London billing team! 🤩

This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for:-

* Preparing WIP reports for Partners, Fee Earners and clients
* Generating SSRS reports
* Using the financial system to produce billing-guides and playing an integral role in the pre-bill process
* Entering disbursements (government official fees and third-party associates) into the financial system
* Ensuring that client and matter information is accurate and up-to-date
* Raising client invoices through the financial system
* Submitting client invoices to eBilling portals (as required)
