Bids Manager - £50,000 - hybrid working!

A great opportunity has arisen to join the BD & Marketing team of this top law firm as a Bids Manager! Working alongside a well regarded and impressive team this role is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into management. As Bids Manager you'll be working with teams in their London and regional offices to ensure the high level delivery and management of their pitch and tender process. As Bids Manager, duties will include:

  • Managing and coordinating the bids and tender function for the firm, ensuring delivery of high quality pitches, UK and internationally
  • Coordinating the bids library and managing all pitch related content
  • Contributing to the writing and delivery of successful high end pitches
  • Running pitch meetings with partners and senior stakeholders
  • Dealing with all post pitch analysis and reporting
  • Preparation and research of all client related material for the tender process
  • Implementation of any best practice procedures for the bids process

What's needed:

  • Previous bid experience within professional services
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent project and risk management skills
  • Highly organised
