Bids Executive (Cardiff)
A UK fully service law firm are seeking a Bids Executive to join their Cardiff offices on a permanent basis supporting the Bids Manager from beginning to end with pitches and proposals.
Within the role you will be involved in:
- Creating CV templates for tenders and coordinating their completion by lawyers
- Providing support to the Bids Manager on strategic tenders
- Editing tender submissions so that they have clear messaging, correct format and appropriate use of grammar
- Formatting tender documents to ensure brand compliance and consistency
- Providing ad hoc support and best practice guidance to the BDM's
- Admin duties
The ideal background of the candidate is:
- 2 years Bids/tender experience
- Understanding of the bids process from beginning to end
- Strong document production skills (Microsoft Word)
