Bids Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bids / Pursuits Executive to join a prestigious global law firm's Business Development team. This role is crucial in driving the firm's growth by managing and supporting various pursuit activities. The ideal candidate will have a knack for project management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage pursuit projects, including content creation, meeting facilitation, and strategic planning.
• Assist partners and lawyers in preparing for key presentations, including organizing rehearsals and developing comprehensive project plans.
• Foster a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team processes and practices.
• Maintain and update the firm's CRM system with pursuit-related information and ensure thorough client and market research.
• Analyse pursuit outcomes and communicate results to the team, celebrating successes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct post-pursuit debriefs and implement feedback to refine future strategies.

About You:

• Strong project management abilities with a talent for multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in business development or a similar role within a professional services firm is essential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and familiarity with pursuit management processes.
