Bid Manager (FTC)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in this leading global law firm for a strong bids manager to cover a contract and support their partners based in the Middle East.
You will need to have proven bids experience the gravitas to influence partners and lead key client pitch processes, as well as be a role model for junior team members, collaborating and sharing best practice, engaging in process development, training and coaching.
Working as part of an impressive high performing team across their global offices you will lead on the firms most high profile pitches for their valued key clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
Serving as the lead on key pitches, managing the proposals process from start to finish.
Collaborate with Global Client Pursuits colleagues worldwide to follow the sun on pitches where needed and share best practice.
Create detailed briefs for more junior team members to produce fit-for-purpose draft proposals leveraging their pitch automation technology.
Conducting opportunity assessment discussions, proactively develop and manage client-centric key messages/content and marshal resources to ensure that proposals of superior quality are delivered on time.
Providing coaching/training for partners, lawyers and BD/marketing professionals around all aspects of pitch and presentation best practice.
You will be an experienced and successful bid manager ideally with global experience from leading PS or FS firms and with previous exposure to the Middle Eastern market.
