Bid Co-ordinator - Property Consultancy

Ambition have partnered with a specialist Property Consultancy firm based in London who is looking for a strong self starter to join their incredibly busy Bids team as Bid Co-Ordinator.

The firm provide an array of services including Architecture, Building Engineering, Masterplanning, Dispute Resolution and Surveying across multiple sectors; Leisure, Residential, Retail, Public Sector and Transportation.

As the Bid Co-ordinator, you will be tasked with writing and submitting the boutique bid/tenders independently. InDesign knowledge will be advantageous to package together pitch material and there will opportunity to step up and support seniors with more complex/larger bids.

The ideal candidate will have come from a construction, property or consultancy background with experience of handing public sector and high volume tenders. The client is looking to speak to those with around 3 years experience and strong gravitas to direct senior stakeholders with regards to managing expectations.
