BD Executive

One of the worlds leading law firms is looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join their team! In this exciting role you will be working closely with the Senior BD Executive to advise and support a major group within the firms London Disputes practice, consisting of banking litigation, financial services regulatory, corporate crime & investigations, contentious tax, and admin & public law. Role and responsibilities;

Relationship building:

• Developing strong relationships with the partners, fee earners and PSL/Cs in the global Disputes practice so that you are viewed as a trusted advisor
• Developing equally strong relationships across the local and global BD teams so that you can effectively connect your practices with the wider network

Strategy and planning:

• Develop presentations and documents that provide high level overview of practice/sector plans and achievement

Pitches, proposals and tender submissions:

• Liaise with partners and BD colleagues across the global network on both drafting and inputting into matter-specific and significant practice and firm-wide pitches

Reputation enhancement, brand & profile:

• Prepare legal directories and award submissions for the practice
• Liaise with the PR /communications team on media and PR opportunities for practice/ sector/ region

About you

• You will ideally have approximately 1-3 years BD experience in a partnership or corporate environment
• Proficiency with systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• You will have a solid understanding of design processes
