BD Executive

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development (BD) Executive on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading law firm based in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support key practice groups and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance and Real Estate, Projects, and Rail practice groups with ongoing BD activities.
• Assist in updating brochures, maintaining credentials logs, and ensuring partner bios are current.
• Manage digital distribution of newsletters, podcasts, social media posts, and other marketing content.
• Attend BD meetings, support partners and fee-earners, and contribute to BD plans.
• Oversee the full proposal lifecycle, including pitches and capability statements.
• Manage the Legal 500 and Chambers submission process for relevant practice areas.
• Collaborate with the events manager to produce and deliver client events.
• Liaise with the communications and PR team on internal news announcements and press releases.
• Conduct targeted client research and suggest BD opportunities to fee earners.

Attributes and Skills Required:

• Graduate calibre with a minimum of 2 years of BD experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Innovative, commercially aware, and able to add value to BD activities.
