BD Coordinator

Business Development Coordinator - £30,000

I'm currently working with a leading US law firm who have an opportunity that will enable you to establish your career within their high profile marketing and BD team. If you're right at the start of your marketing and BD career and keen to join a firm that will offer you ongoing support and guidance working alongside experienced and highly knowledgeable BD & Marketing managers then this is exactly the role you're looking for.

As BD Coordinator, duties will include:

• Provide support to help produce internal and external communications
• Gathering and collating various Business Development data points from the team and fee earners for weekly and monthly reporting
• Research tasks covering clients, competitors and the wider market
• Track key dates/deadlines for directories and awards and assist with preparing submissions
• Maintenance of London office wide credentials, key deals and awards
• Keep track of website bios and those that need to be updated
• Ensure the team pitch database is kept up to date
• Providing support where required for internal and client events

What's needed:

• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to get involved with a variety of tasks
• Strong Microsoft knowledge, particularly PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with partners and the wider team
