BD & Marketing Specialist - Events

I'm currently working on a great opportunity with an international market-leading law firm who are keen to hire within their BD& Marketing team. Working closely with the senior business development and marketing managers to plan and manage a range of marketing activities for the office/region and assigned practices that address client needs and support our business development objectives. You will be required to work directly with lawyers to manage a range of marketing campaigns and programs, communications, with a particular focus on the events piece. Reporting to the Senior BD Manager, you'll be involved in:

Programs and Events

• Creating and managing project plans and timelines
• Acting marketing lead for sponsorships events and their logistics
• Drafting and managing all internal and external related communications, including social media and website content

Marketing Support

• Supporting the maintenance and expansion of the firms CRM system
• Assisting with any new/lateral lawyers and their onboarding and workshops

What's needed:

• Minimum of two years' experience planning and leading events in a professional services environment
• Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
