A superb opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious BD & Marketing Manager to join a leading advisory firm, supporting their Scottish region. This role could be based out of Glasgow or Edinburgh, with travel between the 2 locations required as restrictions ease, and eventually occasional travel to London (once per quarter on average).

The BD & Marketing Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders and the wider BD & Marketing team to help the firm achieve its continued growth plans. This BD & Marketing Manager role would suit an ambitious, self-motivated candidate who has gained experience in a similar role within a professional services environment and wants to grow their career and work with autonomy, in a place where your voice will be heard.

The BD & Marketing Manager role is hugely varied and will include elements of business development, sales, bid management and marcoms. The remit includes:

• Working with intermediaries and professional networks to identify new opportunities
• Client research
• Campaign management and follow up
• Full lifecycle bid management
• Client listening
• PR support
• Event coordination

To be successful in this BD & Marketing Manger role you will need:

• Strong BD & Marketing experience, gained in a professional services environment
• Experience of bid management and production
• First class writing and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of CRM systems
• The ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Project management skills
• Campaign management experience
