Business Development & Marketing Manager (Insurance / Reinsurance)
Ambition are delighted to be working with an International Law firm in the recruitment of a new Marketing & Business Development Manager for the firms impressive Insurance / Reinsurance practice.
The Marketing & Business Development Manager will take a lead on business development and marketing activities to help raise the profile of the Insurance / Reinsurance practice and in turn develop key account relationships and drive revenue growth.
The role works directly with the Insurance / Reinsurance Group leader as well as the rest of the partners and fee earners for the practice group. This individual will therefore be the focal point for the practice, helping devise the strategy for the group and ensuring excellent execution together with the support of the wider marketing and BD function. The position is a high profile role within the firm with management responsibility and opportunities for further development and growth.
Key requirements for the role include:
Understanding of the Insurance / Re-Insurance market
Experience working in a legal / professional services / insurance firm
Strong breadth of experience across all key business development and marketing activities
Demonstrable experience of influencing at all levels of a firm
