The Role
As a BD & Marketing Manager supporting the Banking division, you will be supporting the Senior BDM Manager. In this capacity, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting the Senior BDM in developing and implementing BD plans aligned with the Banking business plan.
  • Supporting all three Banking workstreams, developing strong knowledge and credibility with partners (c.40+).
  • Coordinating BDM for the London practice, supporting the Senior BDM on global and strategic aspects.
  • Building a strong personal network and collaborate with BDM teams across the business.
  • Coaching and development of other team members.
  • Leading, overseeing, and creating a strong system of management for the BDM infrastructure to best support partners and clients
  • Raising the profile of the business through numerous methods (e.g. campaigns, PR, events, online presence)
  • Supporting the business in developing client relations, and working on initiatives regarding client targeting.


About You
To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a similar role, especially within a transactional or finance-focused law firm.
  • Skilled in creating accurate and high-quality RFPs and pitches.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of legal or professional services firms.
