A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and proactive BD & Marketing Manager to join a market leading, highly reputable, global advisory firm to focus on their Real Estate & Construction practice group.

The BD & Marketing Manager role will work closely with senior stakeholders across the Real Estate & Construction business unit, helping to develop and deliver the strategic plan across marketing, BD, PR and Comms.

Working as part of a wider BD & Marketing team who are high performing and well respected in the business, this BD & Marketing Manager role will offer the perfect balance of autonomy and support.

The main remit of the role will include:

• Campaign Management
• Digital Marketing strategy
• Budget management
• Business Development support
• Content creation
• Client Listening
• PR

To be successful in this BD & Marketing Manager role, you will need:

• Strong marketing and BD skill set
• Experience of working in a professional services environment is essential - Real Estate exposure would be highly beneficial
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
