Marketing & Business Development Manager - Jersey

Location: Jersey | Law firm | International exposure

We're partnering with a top-tier offshore law firm, to find a Marketing & BD Manager to join their growing Corporate team in Jersey.

This isn't your average BD role - it's broad, collaborative, and packed with opportunity. You'll work across a wide spectrum of marketing activities including:

• Hosting and organising top-tier client events (think London & Barcelona, not just breakfast briefings)
• Delivering targeted email campaigns, updating web content, and leading on directory submissions
• Managing two juniors, while reporting into a supportive Associate Director
• Playing a key role in driving brand and client engagement across global markets - including their growing US-facing strategy (Bermuda & Cayman)

You'll thrive in this role if you're:

• Already working at Manager level or ready to step up
• Working within professional services
• Keen to take on people management and still keep your hands in the detail
• Excited by international exposure and a collaborative, close-knit team culture
