Role Overview: Join an ambitious team as a Business Development & Marketing Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving the firm's growth strategy. You'll lead marketing initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and support the team in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead marketing and business development planning. - Manage strategy plans and marketing budgets. - Conduct business development research. - Identify new business opportunities and coach team members. - Support partners and fee earners in pitch best practices. - Lead the preparation of directory submissions and award entries. - Develop campaigns and thought leadership projects.
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services BD and marketing. - Expert knowledge of Property. - Strong attention to detail and project management skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities.
