This BD & Marketing Executive role will be challenging and rewarding - no two days will be the same and you'll be involved in some really interesting work. Working as part of a high performing BD & Marketing team, the main remit of the BD & Marketing Executive role will be to own the delivery and management of the sector and service line BD & Marketing strategy plan, through a range of activities, events and campaigns, tracking and reporting on ROI and bringing new ideas and innovation to the table.

The successful candidate for this BD & Marketing Executive role will be involved in:

  • Working with the client team to provide key client insight, helping to shape new and existing BD and marketing activity
  • Leading sector BD & Marketing meetings
  • Management of the CRM system
  • Delivery of sector campaigns
  • Working with the events team to coordinate and manage events
  • Producing marketing collateral
  • Researching BD opportunities, supporting with proposals
  • Updating website with relevant sector information and insight
  • Managing post activity follow up
  • Assisting partners with pipeline management
  • Ownership of social media and PR activity
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this BD & Marketing Executive role, you will need:

  • Strong Business Development knowledge
  • Experience of working in a professional services firm
  • Good CRM knowledge
  • Digital marketing skills, particularly social media
  • Experience of supporting on new business proposals
  • Pipeline management and lead generation experience
  • Great writing skills
