Key Responsibilities:
Accounts preparation, reporting and other projects as needed.
Planning, execution and completion of audits reporting to managers and partners.
Planning and co-ordinating with clients, including liaising with relevant departments within the firm.
Building relationships and communicating with clients and related third parties.
Management / leading on-site audit teams and ensuring tasks are completed with minimal supervision, within budget and to tight deadlines.
Business development and helping to promote the client's services to existing clients as well as to prospects.
Supervision and development of trainees.
The Person:
Fully exam-qualified or part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent).
Recent experience in Audit and Assurance within an accountancy practice in the UK
Experience leading external audit assignments from planning to completion
Experience preparing accounts in accordance with UK GAAP
