We're partnering with a forward-thinking audit firm that has experienced rapid growth in recent years and is now entering a phase of sustainable expansion. As part of an established international network, the firm is looking to welcome new team members who are passionate about audit and eager to grow their careers.

Client Portfolio
You will have the opportunity to work with an interesting and diverse client base, including media (such as production companies of high-profile shows), financial services, technology, sustainable energy, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including small and medium-sized privately owned limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders.
  • Serve as the on-site senior, overseeing the planning, execution (compliance and substantive testing, analytical review, etc.), and completion of audit work to a high standard.
  • Effectively supervise semi-senior and junior staff, providing training during audits, and delegating, monitoring, and reviewing their work.
  • Take full responsibility for each audit assignment, ensuring completion within the agreed timescale with support and guidance from the relevant manager/partner.
  • Prepare and implement high-quality work programmes.
  • Address technical issues or seek guidance when necessary.
  • Produce draft accounts from various client records and create a well-presented, paperless audit file for review.

Requirements

  • Newly qualified ACA ICAEW, ICAS, or ACCA.
  • Must have the right to work.
  • Must be able to lead audits from planning through to completion.
  • Practice experience with FRS 102.
  • Knowledge of IFRS would be useful.
