Audit Senior

Ambition are collaborating with a top 40 accountancy firm to recruit an Audit Senior for their London office. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team. Main Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality audit services using our tailored risk-based audit methodology.
• Serve as the senior auditor, reporting directly to the manager. You will oversee the entire audit process, from planning to completion, including drafting financial statements, management letters, and letters of representation.
• Manage a team of up to five staff members, supervising, briefing, and effectively delegating tasks to less experienced audit team members.
• Regularly communicate with the audit manager about the audit's progress and provide recommendations for improving clients' accounting systems and controls.
• Evaluate team members' performance upon completion of audit assignments.

Ideal candidate:

• Part-qualified/Newly Qualified ACA or ACCA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with electronic audit programs.
• Familiarity with CaseWare is advantageous.
