I am currently working with an excellent Top 100 firm based in Central London that is looking to hire an Audit Manager. This role has come about due to growth with the firm continuing to take on new clients.

The client base consists of a mix of sectors including commercial, NFP and FS and you will be responsible for managing a portfolio between £500k-£750k (although this can be reduced initially for someone who is a junior manager).

It's a great place to work, the office is open plan and provide a genuine work life balance. They are a very forward thinking firm and have been one of the early adopters to data analytic software.

Looking after their staff has been very important to them and they have done a lot of work around mental well-being and flexible working. As standard the firm offer 2 days working from home however if you require more then this can be discussed.

Duties

• Manage a portfolio in the region of £500k-£750k consisting of both FS and corporate clients
• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Manage on site staff and provide training where appropriate
• Manage WIP, billings and fee-recovery

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
• Working knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients within audit
• Experience with FCA regulated clients would be beneficial
• Experience with listed clients would be useful
