Audit Manager

Ambition are collaborating with a top 10 accountancy firm to recruit an Audit Manager for their Guildford office. The key duties will include;

• Manage and oversee a client portfolio with significant responsibility, including your team's portfolios and contributing to workflow planning.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Cultivate lasting client relationships.

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients and prepare accounts and corporation tax computations/returns for limited companies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and provide practical guidance on regulatory matters such as tax and VAT regulations, UK law requirements, and good governance principles.
• Support local partners with ad hoc duties as necessary.

Ideal candidate;

• Working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP.
• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent.
• Experience auditing clients across various industries.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.
