We are currently working with a highly established Top 30 firm, who are looking for an audit manager to join their growing team.

The Role
As an audit manager in this firm, you will be a key member of the team, delivering high quality work to a variety of notable clients across SME's, large corporate businesses, high-net worth individuals, and NFP's.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Planning, supervising, and reviewing work across audit, accounts, and corporation tax
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP/FRS102
  • Supervising junior members of the team
  • Providing assistance with technical queries
  • Aiding staff members in their professional development
  • Conducting periodic appraisals
  • Performing billing management
  • Staff-related administration duties
  • Ad hoc business consultancy
  • Assisting in generating and new business
  • Potential to aid with recruitment

Salary and Benefits
Depending on experience, the salary of this role is up to £70,000

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

  • ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) Qualification
  • Experience managing audits
  • Experience with a varied client base
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
