Audit Director at a top 25 practice in London

Moving from senior manager to director can be difficult. Making that step to the partnership track is massive and isn't always in your control. There are so many external factors that can conspire against you. Whether it's partner's that just won't retire, internal politics or the growth levels of the business, you can be ticking every box and it's not happening.

I'm working on several roles that could fix this problem, either stepping up into a director role straight way, or moving into a senior manager position with clearly outlined pathway to director level and beyond.

I have several Top 20 and one Top ten practice that I'm working with who are looking a this level. Both generalist and specialist profiles will be considered, with particular attention given to those who have specialised in FS, NfP or OMB's
