Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and raise risk matters with managers and/or partners, exercising sound judgment.
• Understand the needs of the audited entity, suggest potential solutions on technical matters, and communicate these with managers or partners.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the year.
• Manage projects rigorously, ensuring they are completed within agreed timescales and addressing issues promptly.
• Supervise, coach, develop, and appraise trainees and audit executives both on client premises and in the office.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent qualification.
• Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in supervising and coaching junior team members.
• Proven experience in managing projects.
