The Role
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will be a vital team member, with your work and efforts clearly valued, and rewarded. The firm has an established client base, ranging across hospitality, charities, real estate, professional practices, and more.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading audit engagements from planning to completion
  • supervising junior members of the team, including delegating and reviewing work for Manager review
  • Being responsible for a small portfolio of audit clients
  • Being accountable to team managers
  • Taking a lead on team training initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with other teams, to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide seamless client service.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with clients
  • Monitoring audit engagement budgets
  • Involvement in month-end billing processes
  • Responsibility for the management of your personal workload as well as the workload of other team members



Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

  • ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) Qualification
  • Strong experience leading audits from planning to completion
