The Role
As an Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager at this firm, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of clients
• Maintaining regular contact with clients in your own portfolio, providing ongoing updates on progress
• Delegating, coaching and assisting in managing the team
• Making sure assignments are fully completed prior to being handed to Partners
• Efficiantly planning assignments to meet budgets
• Allocating work to members of the team, with regular reviews and feedback
• Interacting regularly with clients, ensuring they are kept informed of progress
• Demonstrating up-to-date technical knowledge/ability, advising team as required
• Reporting to Managers and Partners

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA
• Experience with client interaction
• Strong communication skills
