This is a standout opportunity to step into a senior, strategic BD role with the leading offshore law firm in the Channel Islands - driving business growth across Corporate, Funds, Finance, Insurance, and FinTech.
The Role:

• 
  Lead and implement the BD strategy for a Corporate group of 30 partners and 100 lawyers across Jersey, Guernsey and London
• 
  Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders - from established leaders to aspiring partners - to build tailored go-to-market plans
• 
  Manage and mentor a successful team across three locations, with 2 direct reports
• 
  Play a key role in maintaining and growing market share across London and the Channel Islands, targeting law firms, banks, and PE firms
