Assistant Cashiering Manager

Are you looking for a rewarding role within a leading global law firm? I am looking for an Assistant Cashier manager to join my globally established client.

As the Cashier assistant manager, you will be responsible for motivating, mentoring and providing leadership to the Cashiering team. You'll set and review performance objectives regularly using the formal appraisal process and other informal approaches. You will work closely with the Cashiering Manager to assist them in the management of the Cashiering function and refer any contentious issues to the Cashiering Manager.

Additionally, you will ensure the Cashiering team processes comply with the requirements of the Solicitors Regulatory Authority Accounting Rules (SRA AR) and local Law Society regulations in other jurisdictions. You will also liaise with auditors during the SRA and local Law Society audits across all jurisdictions supported by the UK. On top of this, you will maintain records and reconciliations of all client deposit/joint accounts, process interest calculations for client matters, and assist the international offices with day-to-day cashiering queries.

Other duties include adhering to the Firm's working practices, quality procedures, protocols and information security systems as specified by the Firm, and maintaining the high standard of service offered to the Firm's internal clients.
